  • Provence ‘cépages’: Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle, Tibouren, Mourvèdre, and Cabernet - Sauvignon, Syrah, to reach the right balance and perfect harmony.
  • Vineyard control: no herbicides and chemical ‘engrais’.
  • Vinification: adapted and modern vatroom - separate ‘cépages’ vinification – perfect temperature control – pre - fermentary cool ‘macération’ – static ‘clarification’ – only one light filtration before bottling.
  • Ultra modern air conditioned warehouse.
  • Constant research on varietals, viticulture, winemaking, ‘assemblage’ and bottling techniques.
  • Will obtain soon the ‘B.R.C’ recognition
